Looks like Wednesday will be the better day weather wise. I plan on going Wednesday unless the weather guesser changes the forecast.

I usually go every year, but this year I still have about 30 fields of hay to do and the weather here in s.w. Pa allows you to cut one field per week.

Wolfman, If you are having challenging hay weather, you need to do the opposite. When that forecast comes knock down every bit of ground that you can possibly get to. We baled on July 4th and not again until August 1st. We mowed it all.

I think good quality hay is going to be hard to come by in northeast PA A lot of the hay now has the second cutting growing up thru the first.
