Anyone see one of these before

My neighbor just found this cool tractor in his grandpas garage after he past away.. he is wondering when it was made or anything he can find out about it. I told him the guys on here are pretty knowledgeable. Does anyone know anything about this little tractor. My neighbor would appreciate anything he could find out. Even the year about it was made and anything about the company that made it or where it was sold.. thanks guys

till we get some pictures, how about a crude description....color, offset/ inline, any distinguishing marks/ decals, hand or foot clutch, wide/ narrow front, basic sheet metal(boxy, curved, or how its cut(say looks like bottom edge of hood has a curve over length) ......anything at all. A quick internet search "old tractor" brings up all kinds, just find one close and go from there.

Does it by chance have a Wisconsin engine and a lever on the right side to steer.
