i have a john deere 730 d that slips out of 2nd gear while under load . need help. thought i had tried everything but still does it

Did trying everything include all new bearings in the trans. ? And getting rid of any play in the shafts that is not to be there ? and any new parts in the shifter forks like springs and pawls ? that model may even have the lockout style of fork and sometimes the lockout parts get worn not letting them stay locked.
