I was pulling tree stumps out the other day and working the tractor pretty hard and I noticed the clutch slipped a couple times and then there was a noise in the tranny/rear end like maybe an occasional clicking. Am thinking that maybe a clutch spring may have broken. Not sure. Any ideas? How would I go about replacing the clutch?

There's an inspection cover underneath. Take that off and have a look inside. If you have to split it,post on the Oliver forum. There's a way to split those called a Z split where you don't have to unhook any wiring or lines. The dash stays with the front half and the back half just rolls away. The only wires would be the ones to the tail light.
