Pics front of house yesterday afternoon

The lilies are on their way out. Had lots of really pretty ones this year. Flowers really liked the wet spring and summer. Had a flock of Ravens land at the top of the field across the road that I keep mowed. We never used to see them on this side of the valley. Just Crows, but last couple of years we are seeing many more of them.
We have a hen & chick plant that has the biggest bloom stalk that I have ever seen. It is about 18" tall.
The bird like creatures you see are my shovel bellied scrap suckers. As the name infers, made from old shovels and scrap pipe and rebar.
As you may remember, I took out a water feature and gold fish pond out of the front yard and reconfigured the stone wall and then seeded it down to grass and white clover. The clover really did well, as seen in first pic.
Our next and last display of color will be the Black Eyed Susans
It's over cast and trying to rain this morning, so I'm in here posting.

We noticed here in so. Mn. that the flower blossoms are especially vibrant this year. Looks like you have similar. Very, very nice.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! ...And they look great, too!! :D

We have some like that 8th pic that grow wild here. Ours are called "Wood Lily", though I think there are a couple different varieties. Picked one for the wife a few days ago and it still looks just as fresh now as the day I picked it!

King,
This is a good year for all types of Lilies. Mine are on the way out too. I love the smell of some lilies. The stargazer is my favorite lilie.

When one flower is done, I have others to take their place. Nice to see the seasons change and get a color change. I always look forward to spring when the Irises fly their flags.

Some of my mums are starting to make buds. Flowers show us just how fast time flies.
Glad you like flowers too.

The house and wood shed are separated by my shop, and my central boiler that heats everything, is in the shop.
I also have a walk-in cellar and store wood there for the fireplace. Bugs have never been a problem.

When you say "NY", most people don't envision the road warning signs with buggies on them! Let this be a lesson to those that think NY is a 30 square mile city and nothing else!

Our lilies are just coming into bloom. Too much rain, way too much, even after last years dry spell. We're months behind on hay.
