how plentiful are the engine parts? i dont have the tractor what im going to recieve weather i want it or not is a 1929 ih truck, which by my research, has the same engine, the truck was driven to where it is now, [[out in the weather] 12 years ago, the engine is not locked up and is covered by the hood, cab is all wood and is patterns only . thinking of maybe making this a c cab, but maybe 4 to 6 inches longer overall im a big man and i doubt i can fit in a original cab

(quoted from post at 08:11:53 07/19/17) I do not think any truck used the same engine as a 10 -20 tractor. I do believe the w40 had a truck engine,

Actually some of the larger IHC trucks built in the 1920s DID use the same engine as the McCormick-Deering 10-20 tractor.

Engine parts are pretty plentiful yet, depending on what you need. Piston rings, valves, gaskets, felt seals, main bearings are available new as well as a few other parts. Good used parts are available too. New parts sources I use are The Fordson House and Rice Equipment.
