I took my tractor to the dealer last winter to have them get it running good. They fixed some things but said the carburator was wore out and could not get one.I ordered one from YT early this summer and put it on.It starts and runs but misses at all speeds.I cleaned the sediment bowl and took the gas line loose and gas came thru.Could there be something in the carb now? Thanks for any help.

Missing at all speeds suggests ignition, not carburetor. Check the condition of the points and the point gap. Use a spark tester to verify that you have a hot enough spark at all spark plugs. Check the condition of the spark plugs.

I would start by replacing i coil and condenser. I had the same problem with a 2000 this spring tractor had new carburetor and distributor last winter and started missing and backfiring.changed them out (coil and condenser) problem solved

Yep,
Half of all "fuel problems" originate in the distributer.
Ford 3 cyl gasser is a pia to put points in.
Some advice:
Remove all 4 wires from the distributer cap and pull them completely out of the tractor. Then take the distributer cap and dust cover off. Now hold your mouth just right and squint one eye - I prefer the left eye.
And either dress the points or put new ones in.
To rewire is easy peasy. Distributer turns CCW and firing order is 1 2 3

Start with some simple trouble shooting.
#1 mare sure you have a good blue/white spark at the center wire of the distributor and at the 3 plug wires. the spark has to jump a 1/4 inch gap or more or is it does not then good chance there is where your problem is

It might be a good idea to run a compression test on it to make sure you don't have a weak cylinder.
