Sparkplug wire boot on plug

Is there a trick or a simple tool to push the rubber boot of the plug wire firmly onto the sparkplug, while simultaneously seating the wire connector on the center contact of the plug?

I am talking about boots that are coaxial with the cable (straight boots) and about modern car engines with deeply recessed spark plugs.

Thanks for your help!

I slide the wire thru first then add the plug connecter. Or push the end that goes to the dist before adding the metal connector

google spark plug boot removal tool. i have a set from mac tools that looks like needle nose pliers with a hoop end and a lisle set that has an insulated tip. handy for recessed plugs.
