My wife and some of her brothers/half brothers. I have no idea what they were looking at, but it must have been interesting.

The tall one in the middle in the light blue shirt is a full brother. He's a combat veteran of the Korean war. He told me once the most fun he had in the Army was when they were in a firefight in Korea. Said he couldn't explain it, he was scared to death but still having fun.

Nice family photo.

Sheesh, I can't imagine growing up with FIVE brothers to pick on ya. :)
I had two - that was plenty.

had four sisters, two older and two younger. When I was real little, don't remember this, they were playing dolls and using me as the dolly. I was around 2 at the time and they decided to bath me in a mud puddle. As was told later all went well until the put me face down in the mud and tried washing my hair. Near drowned me before Mom heard the commotion and saved me.

She didn't grow up with them. She was adopted, and didn't find the whole mess until she was 42. There are several more half brothers and half sisters, but no one seems to know for sure.

She has one half sister who drives an 18 wheel "bull hauler" for a feedyard. And after you've met the gal, you can't imagine her doing anything else.

As I've said before on this site, her family is "interesting".

Grandaddy (sp?) on Mama's side had 11 brothers/sisters and I can tell you, family reunions were really interesting too years ago when I was little to early teens. Had a reunion in 1980 where a cousin had been to England and found family tree going back to 1490!! We had like 400 people show up at our little church that day.
