I've been kinda looking for an Oliver baler and someone pointed this out out to me it's a number 60 it looks a little rough but thought about checking it out I'll put a link to the ad down here thanks for all your opinions and I checked with the local salvage yard they about 10 Oliver balers of different models.

I have had a small desire for one for years. I think that the price is a little high though. I bought my first baler at auction for $25.00 probably thirty years ago.

If im looking at the right one it seems lack of paint is the biggest problem. Can you turn it over by hand ? Check where the twine goes through the needles thats a good indicator on how much it has baled

I will be seeing that baler this afternoon as I have to pick up a different piece from Rick. Bought several things from him over the past couple of years. Everything from plows, grain drills, corn planter, mower, hay rakes, Maytag washers, pump jacks and even the van I have. If you go to buy something from him take cash as that is the only way he deals. He has a lot more for sale that his pictures show.
