Turko rototiller

Hello, I bought a Turko 72 inch rototiller at an auction and I am looking for any information on this model.
I would like to check oil level on gear box, there is a vented fill plug on top but there is no plug on side to check level.
Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks.

Bet you need to take one of the side bolts out 5hat hold the tranny together. If you can take the top of the tranny off or look through the filler hole wi5h a flashlight the oil should cover all of the teeth on the bottom of the ring gear. In other words maybe a couple of inches deep. That ring gear will sling oil all over the place. Too much oil will foam like crazy. Least that is what i have found.

No idea about your Turko but on my old Wheel Horse you lower the tiller and take the plug out of the bottom and fill until it runs out. After I had the correct amount in I just take the top fill plug out and stick a long skinny screw driver in and it's about 2 inches.
