The "getting bigger" entry from earlier said 13 locations in 4 states for Nodde. I could only find 12 locations in 2 states, IL and MO.

Sloan shows 20 locations in 2 states, IL and WI.

Dealerships do not have to use their corporate name for every location, particularly given differing tax laws in various states. There are various ways to set up divisions with different names for purposes of keeping the accounting straight as well.

I looked at the "Brandt Holdings" in MN, ND, SD, and NE. They are at 22 locations and I hear going bigger yet.

This is what I was told by a Nobbe's salesman. They have consolidated several dealerships. Maybe there's more in the making

I can remember them when they were one store and they hated having and I H trade setting on the lot . Bought several at bargain basement prices .
