I'm using a delco PF13 filter on Jubilee.

Is there a smaller and cheaper filter that I can use?

Smaller as in it holds less oil?

Where do you go to find cross over filters?

I would like to buy my filters locally too, Napa, Zone, O Reily's, Advance auto.

Smaller is not always cheaper. I can cite over 40 alternate filter and not such what it is you want.

AC Delco PF13 is 3.7" tall, 3.6"OD, 3/4"X 16 threads, has an anti-drain-back valve and a bypass set at 11 PSI. Gasket is 2.8" OD. Used in many Chrysler and Mitsubishi cars and some Caterpillar stuff. NAPA # is 1085.

If you want smaller - NAPA # 7035 has same threads and gasket and is only 2.3" tall by 2.9" OD. Also has an anti-drainback valve and a bypass set at 8 PSI.

JDEM,
thanks.

Would you post the link where you found all the information about filters?

The "link" is here on my kitchen table in my filter interchange book. Real paper in a real book and no cyber-info.

Fram PH16 filter at Walmart is only $3.77 and it is what you need. Same as a WIX 51452 or NAPA FIL 1452. 3.6" high X 3.6" OD with 3/4" X 16 threads.

Bill,
O'Rielys has a micro-guard filter they said is made by wicks for under $4.

Long story, I need a filter that holds less oil. After tractor sits for a long time, half the oil in filter drains back to crankcase even though it has an a drain back flapper inside filter. Smaller filter, shorter time before oil pressure builds, less time engine is running dry. geo

I have difficulty finding that kind of info on internet. Get more ads than info.
thanks. geo
