Last year when we were baling straw we were having trouble ejecting the bales The bale would just stop turning and belts would spin on bale We thought maybe need to replace our bottom belts but looks like a lot of work if it doesn't help our problem any help would be appreciated

Was the straw on the wet side?
If so this can cause the bale to stick to the sidewalls.

Is this the soft core baler that CIH rebadged , and built by New Idea ?if so these balers never did like to bale straw very well , and you are just trying to put too much straw into each bale.

All I can say is we had that model baler, and traded after 1 season.

bale of an evening , when the dry straw toughens up with the night air. makes a big difference
