I tried going to a bone crusher for a while, then I went to a
massage therapist. I thought I had just spent 30 minutes and
$30 for nothing. Turns out to be the best $30 I ever spent.
The massage therapist said she went to school a very long time
and was trained to use caster oil. You don't drink it, you rub
it on your sore areas.
I'm 68. I couldn't turn my neck, my thumbs were so sore, I
couldn't grip a minnow to put a hook in it. If some shook my
hand it was very painful.
After a shower, I rub caster oil all over my pain areas and it
does work. Others have tried it. It does work. Most caster oil
smells like rotten meat. The caster oil at Walmart has no smell
and it's cheaper. I go through a 6 oz bottle a week. I can turn
my head with no pain.
You can put caster oil on a wash cloth and hold it against the
pain area. Don't leave it there for days, it can cause skin to
turn red.
I know how crazy it sounds using caster oil for arthritis, try
it and then tell me it doesn't work.
I oil up the first thing in the morning before coffee. Good
idea to wash hands before eating.
