Does anybody know the actual size of the belt for a 321 discbine. Also how to use the gage for setting the tension.

I can't help you with the size. I don't believe that I had a gauge for mine, it has been over ten years, but I do remember checking the deflection through the little opening on the side.

I don't know the actual size I have one usable and a parts machine, the belt is a doozy I will look in my parts book but best I remember there wasn't a size just numbers. The tensioner check is easy on the inside of the tongue should be a flap covering a gap in the side, insert the tensioner and push til you can see the indention around the rod of the tensioner if the indention does not become visible you need to tighten the belt. This will extend the life of the belt since we haven't had to replace the original on the machine. I will answer all the questions I can just ask.

ow about crusher rolls, can new ones be bought that you know of. I too just bought a pair of machines. One runs with bad rollers and one for parts, but the one for parts just has 2 bearings in cutter bar that needs replaceing.
