I was useing my 4020 and the lost the pressure on clutch pedal . There is no adjustment in the pedal either. Will the clutch go out all at once like that?

What type trans(PS or SR)? Powershift clutch pedal attaches to a hyd valve.

Yes the spring is good. The tractor would barely move and grind a little. I'm lost.

ASSUMING it's a synchro tranny, it's likely the throwout bearing stuck and wore the tips off of the clutch release fingers. Did you hear any unusual noise for a period of time before it failed?
Take the inspection cover under the clutch housing and take a look up there with a good light and you should be able to confirm that, plus some pieces or grindings will probably fall out.

Yeah that's what's got me confused there where no unusual sound or anything.

Should I take the loader off to spilt the tractor?

Sounds like the splines wore off on the shaft inside the clutch going back to the transmission
