Help on how to find year of IH sickle bar mower

I apologize if this is not the correct forum to be posting this. However we just picked this mower up and was wondering if anyone could help with finding a year.

That is a 100 series mower, specifically a 120 mower I believe. I have one here. I have several brochures on these but IH did not date their brochures. One references the "new" 100 series and the tractor portrayed has white and red markings and looks kind of squared off in the front. So maybe very late 50's to early 1960's. They continued on with that series and changed the numbering to 1000's at some point. Best range I can do. Maybe somebody who was an adult in that time frame and bought one could help you out. Possibly some of the best mowers ever made.

There are still parts for most of these too. My dad had one. I totally
rebuilt a Gravely sickle bar mower and all of the parts for the mower
bar are IH parts. There is a supply place on line that specializes in
sickle mower parts. You can also find a boat load of NOS parts on Ebay
for good prices. Let us know if you need help.

Thank you for your help!!! The mower does have a decal on the gear box (well I think it is a gear box) That looks like it says mower 100.
