K-Products had a plant at Marcus Iowa, about 15 miles west of me. Almost all the caps now are made overseas, and I don't like them. They don't stand up in the front, and I call them "slope head" hats.

Maybe that is because the folks on the coasts that used to make these decisions think that all of us in the central part of the country have no frontal lobes...like Neanderthals?

geez randy, if ya sent me a Lund Farm hat and coat i'd wear it as advertizing for ya!!!! ya think it would make me look handsomer ? (is that a word?)

Seems to have a dramatic effect on beauty queens and Finnish immigrants in stilettos anyway...maybe he is trying to tap into your action? :)

I rarely wear any sort of headgear. Maybe a straw hat working outside in the summer, if it isn't too windy.

One of my pet peeves is boneheads who don't even remove a greasy cap while eating in a restaurant. You wonder what kind of upbringing their grandfather had 'cause anymore a lack of manners goes back at least two generations.

I was waiting for you to say it so I didn't have to. FFA jackets attract beauty queens,Lund Farm gear attracts Finnish personal trainers. lol

"CAPAMERICA" Made in the U.S.A.. Mine is advertising an on-line shooter's supply company, so not really farm related, but the cap does stand up in the front, very similar to the K brand hats.

Last I knew you could still buy K-Brand caps in whatever style you want. They are now owned by Staples (the office supply company) but the hats still have K-Brand on them. They are still in Iowa. Mike

If this is what your talking about, good caps.

I like all brands of caps... All the caps I generally wear are freebies, then wear them till almost unrecognizable...never do check the brand of em, or if I try the tags are worn blank by that time.

I've got one better than that. We used to have a mom and pop bar/restaurant close to us that my wife and I would frequent. The wife was the cook and the husband would serve the food. The guy had a day job and would then work at his restaurant. Anyway, he always wore the same hat and HE NEVER WASHED IT. It had so much grease and sweat on it and was so stained that I finally decided that we would not eat there. I guess a few other people thought so also because they went out of business.

Yes I really like their hats too. Especially the ear lapper K-Brand's that cannot be found anymore. The new style hats hurt my head and it's hard to get them down over your eyes to keep the sun out.
