Tractor piston markings

I have the head off am Allis Chalmers CA tractor. Three of the pistons are marked 8-2-R, and one is marked 1590-R. What do these numbers mean and is it ok to mix piston markings?

If they are the same weight or very close and all three are at the same height at the very top it would be fine. If they were not and didn't vibrate when running it would be fine also. It is of course always best to have every part matching. Sometimes when replacing just one cylinder people install what ever they can find close rather than put all matching new in because of available funds.

To: John M,
In response to your question about Fountain Inn SC, the answer is yes. I would like too figure out a way to contact you. The tractor is in Ownings
