People come and people go. Sometimes for no apparent reason at all. The ones that really puzzle me are those people say have been "banned" or "blocked". How exactly do you ban someone when they can just keep making up new handles and coming back? We have seen this in the past with some notorious trolls. Been a lot of speculation about missing members. Search down a few pages and you may find some answers.

They can block certain ip addresses. That'll stop a fair amount of people, but not all. I know I don't always have the same ip on my phone, and most times it says I'm in Chicago.

desktops usually have the same ip.

I had a scam problem recently. The AT&T rep told me to unplug the phone line from my black box thing (forgot what you call it)
and leave it unplugged for 30-45 seconds. I asked what that would accomplish. She said it would change my IP address and my
scammers would not be able to find me again. Me? I know nothing.
