Looking for John Deere 1020 engine/motor

Looking for a running engine/motor for a John Deere 1020.
Prefer gas but will consider diesel.

What is wrong with the exising engine ? Why not rebuild it and know what you have instead of guessing the condition of somebody else's used engine ?

they used the same engine as the JD 350 dozer. Dozer engine had bigger water pump & alternator, few other minor differences but basic engine is the same.
