Whats for supper since October 2

Here are the last two tomatoes for the winter, I picked 400 of these green on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on October 2, last fall and put them in my basement for the winter---previous record was end of January. Basement temps always about 58 and not sunlight just put out on 2 8 foot table so the tomatoes would not touch each other. Lost a few but its better than eating store bought cardboard tomatoes.

WE still have a few butter nut squash and potatoes. What kind of tomatoes are those? Never tried picking any of ours green and storing them.

Not really sure. I travel there almost every day and these came off of a commercial tomato operation. So I guess they ship these tomatoes then gas them to ripen. But all I do is pic them green and put them in the basement where its nice and cool and dark. Its real nice to enjoy tomatoes all winter. We just slice and eat.
