Road maintainer anyone?

Never seen one like this before. Never even heard of the brand. Must be quite a project. He got as far as both front wheels and stopped there.

Listed in Kalamazoo MI craigslist. Not mine, not associated, etc

Huber road grader project on craigslist.

Some of the little Black Top company's use to have those around here, they were more agile than a real road grader..and much cheaper.

Must have been a lot of those type of machines made. There is a junk one near where I live. It looks to be built on an IH Farmall M drive train?

Huber is an old name in farm tractors. I also have an ancient Huber threshing machine from the 1930s. There was a company in Sask. that made a road grader conversion kit to turn any farm tractor into a road grader (maintainer). I'd sure like to have one for my driveway.

Was wondering the same thing. It seems like if it runs and the hydraulics work it would be a good price. If it doesn't or has a problem, and it needs a tire too, then I don't know. Might be high.

Like Tim S said you used to see a lot of them around. All of the smaller paving companies had them.

Huber was built at Marion, Ohio and they have a very nice musieum on the fairgrounds. Made a lot of farm machinery in earlier years and went to later only indrustral machines. If you can make it go see that place.
