Prime Time Avenger camper trailer

Anyone have any experience with this brand of RV trailer? I am looking at a new travel trailer that will better suite the needs of my family. The model we are strongly considering is a 2017 26BBS. We really like the looks of the trailer inside and out, but some of the reviews on the Internet are not all that positive. It will be kept inside when not in use, and, to keep it tractor related, going to a few shows each year.
Thanks for any insight you may have.

The fresh water might be a little small for a family,I have 60 gal and that is about right for the two of us for a week. If you think you might ever want to use it in the winter make sure it is rated as a Four season. Mine is not, but the next one will be. Get the equalizer hitch too.

Do you have this brand of trailer? If so, how well do you like it? Any particular issues or concerns?
Thanks for your response.

Check the tires and make sure they are rated for the weight of the camper and everything you will be putting in it. Along with the weight with the tanks full.

No, I have never heard of them, but there are a lot of trailer manufactures in Indiana, mine was built in Missouri. Look in the storage compartments for fit and finish. Some company's will cut corners where you don t see the results right away.
Make sure you have an anti freeze valves on the water system, so you can winterize with out taking hoses off, just switch valves and pump. Find John T,he has more experience than most of us put together.

Ok , thanks. I have a Coachman now, but it is getting a little crowded as the kids get older. This particular one we are looking at has two double size bunk beds and a large u shaped dining room table on a slide which gives a nice amount of space. It is also 6ft longer than our current trailer. I'm not new to owning a camper, just had never heard of this brand until today either.

If the company has been around for a while, it will probably be ok. Since it's new, it should come with a warranty to correct any problems . I have a friend who uses a travel trailer. The first thing he did was buy two 6 volt batteries. The trailer came with one 12v battery. It ran out of power fairly fast. It's like everything else you buy. Some items are going to have good reviews, some not so good. I have two vehicles with a V 10 engine. A Ford, and a Dodge. So much bad stuff on the net about the V 10. I have not had any problems. Just another opinion. Stan

While you are checking the tires look closely at the fender above the tire wells and see if it would withstand any tire failure. It often takes this fender out when ever a tire sheds a chunk of rubber and is usually difficult to replace and get it sealed enough to keep the water out.
