Which would be the most reliable,easy to service,parts availability,long lasting unit. Any input welcome.

They are both still in business I'd go with whichever brand you have the most liking to based on customer service and location.

The new holland is a lot newer machine maybe parts on that model Massey would be harder to find

I work in parts @ a Massey dealer. Unfortunately, you can't give a customer much in the way of service when the parts are NLA. The company that made that tractor for Massey has long since gone out of business, and some parts simply ARE NOT AVAILABLE! I tell anyone who asks, to stay away from them!
