What is the name for fudge that is red
on the bottom and chocolate on the top.
The red is 3/4 of the thickness and the
chocolate is 1/4. Used to have when I
was a kid. Hadn't had it in 15 years
then found a lone piece in a tray of
candy at the shop. Would like to make
some. There was also a sliver of a mint
fudge built the same way. Thanks
