OT Must see truck video. It's not a Dart truck

Here is a link to a California Highway Patrol (CHP) video. Watch the whole video. When I do the link the comments don't appear to be attached, but it says the truck jackknifed at the top of the hill damaging an airline so the brakes are locked on the second trailer, tow trucks were not able to get there quickly so CHP asked the driver to try to get the truck down the hill to a pull off so the highway could be reopened.

I think I would have caged the brakes or at least backed them off first. No brakes on the rear trailer would have been better than locked brakes in this case.
