That head is quite a bit different than the number 12 on my 25. That has paddle elevators carrying it up to the cylinder. The number 12 has two augers like the older Deere heads. I posted a pic of my machine back on the original post but I will post it again here along with the setup instructions that I got with it. hope this works.

That's a neat looking machine. Have you shelled corn with it? Ford used the design from the mounted pickers to build the head. We've got several pickers and most of the mechanical parts are the same. They were know for not loosing any corn with the pickers so I guess they wanted to stay with that on the combine. I am wanting to add a 611 to the collection really bad. Don't know if I would be able to find a corn head though

The machine hadn't been out of the shed it was sitting in for over 20 years when I got it. I thought the engine was stuck. Fortunately it wasn't but the master clutch has been a mouse haven for most of those twenty years. I did get the engine running and drove it around a little bit but the combine is very worn. I have not been able to get the master clutch freed up or even off the machine as of yet. Too many other projects going on. The best thing I could do is find a nice 25 grain machine and use mine for parts. I think this one can be made to work with some time and $$$ but she has seen a lot use and abuse.
