Red wine vinegar and concentrated lemon juice. Sprinkle each to your desired taste. I find the lemon juice gives a refreshing taste.

Been on a 1600 calorie diet for 2 months because of stomach issues. Feeling great. Down to 168#. Eating controlled portions 4 times a day.

Balsamic vinegar is good too (especially white balsamic).

While it has 25 calories per teaspoon... if you put it on your salad using a fine-mist spray bottle, you'll likely only use 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon. So still a low-calorie choice compared to most salad dressings.

I too use a zero calorie dressing.......I don't eat rabbit food! Problem solved!

Nope! Cheese and that's it. And I prefer without the bun!

Yes olive oil is good but oil isn't zero calories. I like adding Limon for a little zip.
 
Believe It or not Zero calories in red wine
vinegar Zero calories in lemon juice. Tastes
better than water on salid.
