Headlight ground

I have a NAA and I am have a problem getting a good ground on my headlights . Not much room in there to get my wrench on the nut to tighten it down. It might be to much paint not sure any help would be great

I got tired of messing with no-ground on my tractor lights, finally ran a separate green ground wire to each bulb socket, hose-clamped it to each, and ran the ground wires to the battery. There! Fixed!

I agree, just run a ground wire from the light body or the socket, back to a solid, clean ground source, like the engine block, transmission case, etc.

I am not a big fan of having multiple, small wires going directly to the battery though. They tend to corrode away, too easy to miss connecting one back up, and easy to get them on the wrong post.
