Went by the new Rural King store in Front Royal VA never been in one before,looks like a really good store with something for everyone.Wife really liked the food prep section she picked up some sausage casings and other things.We did about $100 worth of looking(LOL)

glad they cam to front royal . now i don't have to go across town and 2 mile out . i like it much better than tractor supply . they have hardware and other supplies not availiable without going to winchester . they seen to be doing good business

They opened a new Rural King in Knoxville,Tn. Its about an hour and a half away.Before the closest was 3 hours. Between it and the new Harbor Freight in Cookeville[35 miles] I am in hog heaven!

There's a TSC close to the local Rural King. I wonder how long it can last, Rural King is always much busier.

I wish we had them in Texas. TSC is a joke. More of a farmer wannabe store. Good luck on trying to return anything or finding some help in one.

There is a Rural King Store about 30 miles south of me. I was looking at their utility trailers recently. Fair prices.

Talked to my local store manager last week and they just told him they are spending 500 thousand on a remodel and update of our local store. It has been here 12 years and one of the early ones. Does a good business.

They finally came and opened a new store here in Butler Pa. Cost me $60 the first time and must go back shortly. Agree overall much better than TSC even Walter on similiar items.

No Rural King here. We have an Orschelens which is a TSC knock off right down to the overpriced made in China junk. It's kind of a farm store for city people that have never been near a farm.

Must be the area. I have to beat the employees off me when I go into any of the local TSCs. You'd think they'd figure out I know their stock better than they do as much as I'm in there.

We got a new Menards store in our town. Went to look Saturday. This is the biggest store I have ever seen. Seems to have everything. Will go back when I have more time to explore.

RK is like WM,a little bit of everything and a WHOLE lot of nothing.Food products,clothes,pet food and guns,but very-very little ag goods.TSC has them beat 5-1 on ag supplies and are cheaper too.TSC is not the AG store they were 20-30 yrs.ago,but are still better then RK could ever hope tobe. We have 4 RK stores within 40 Mi.and none are any better then the next.
