Need a stumpjumper

Over the years I have met many great people on this site and bought many things. On 10-13-16 I thought I was buying and paid $310.00 to a man in Reno, NV.by the name of John Johnson for a stumpjumper for a John Deere 1508 rotary cutter. I have not received the stumpjumper nor do I expect to now. If he can live with it I can live without it. Farmers, tractor people in general are great, honest people. Their word is their word. Guess I was too nieve. Anyway I still need a stumpjumper for my JD 1508 cutter. I am in dier straights. If you know where one is please call me at 865 216-9534. Thanks, Bob
 

I would say maybe you are a little impatient. Something as heavy as that would take a little arranging to ship, and Mr. Johnson may be honest but maybe not a professional shipper.
 
That is only 11 days, not a lot of time for shipping. Depends on how far apart you are. Guess I would contact the person and find out what is going on.
 
I agree with others that it really hasn't been that long. Have you tried contacting the seller and maybe get a tracking number? I've noticed that when I ship or order anything in some places just takes a lot longer than other places. West of the Rockies is one of those places. I work for a trucking company part time and the trucks going through Colorado have been slower lately because of the early snows.
If all else fails, there are other places that sell stump jumpers. I buy a lot of my rotary cutter parts from a place in Coushatta LA.
