Great day for visits today!

Got to visit with a couple great YT'ers today, R Aikin and Gene Dotson. I had been to R Aikin's place before, but had another real nice visit and got to see some Stuff I missed last time.

After that I went south and west to Gene's place and had another great tour and chatted for several hours. We managed to cover a good many subjects too.

Not really, low pressure will wear the edges and high wears the center. But duals will wear out the tire that is lower pressure so I don't think it's worse.
 
Hey Jon Which do you prefer duals or super singles. I ve never run super singles. Richard
 
Jon, I was all worn out after showing you around the Case stuff. We missed the plows and disks. It was a good thing we skipped the Allis Chalmers and Minneapolis Moline equipment. Someday when you have an empty truck, you can take some home with you. Richard
 
I don't know that there is much difference. You would have to try both on the same truck to tell because when I went from one truck to the next it made no difference to me. But some of that might be in differences in trucks. I never found any of the things some complained about such as being slippery in the snow and rain. They are a little more expensive to run tho, so unless you need the weight savings or drive a lot of miles and can use the fuel savings I would stay with duals.
