OT-trans. filler tube

working on a T-bucket and have to re-route the trans. filler tube, anyone have a trick to bending the tube without kinking it ??

Slip a spring over it,(like a screen door spring) of snug-fitting size, You can buy a "kit" of assorted springs made for that too.

Take it to a muffler shop. They can bend it any way you want.

Track down a HVAC installer who uses a tool like this. It's used so that the copper AC line sets don't get kinked.

Jim--Do you have any pictures to share with us? What are you going to run for a motor? I run a C-4 in mine and have a door under the passengers feet to check it. I was going to load a picture but can't for some reason.---Tee

Tubing bender??? Just a small manual one. I have several of them. They work well for bending coolant lines made out of aluminum and copper. Light steel lines as well.

Tamp you tube full of moist sand then you can bend it about any way without problems.
