Pic Resizer?

Does anyone have a link to an app that will resize photos prior to publishing?

The only link that I have is outdated, and if you Google "Resize Photos" you get apps with ten times what I want.

I use a program called "AutoResize". Don't have a link to it but I got it at the Apple app site. Program is very easy to use.

I use IRFANVIEW. Yes, it has lots of features other than resizing, but it can be easily set up to resize with just a couple clicks and it's free and quick to install.

I use paint that comes with windows
just right click on the pic
go down to open with opens an other box n click on paint
along the top you'll see resize click
I then use the percentage to reduce it
very quick and is a basic program you should already have on your computer
if not do a search for ms paint it should be free

I'm pretty sure Photobucket or Flickr can do it after you upload to their site.
