Blanchard tomorrow

Anybody besides Jack going tomorrow?
I baled the hay today that I was going to bale tomorrow,so I'm pretty much freed up. I need to grind a couple of loads of feed in the morning, but I thought I'd run up around noon-one o'clock and grab a sloppy joe or something, check and see if any other Olivers showed up and do a little socializing. That's if it's not raining, but now that I knocked myself out getting that hay baled, the forecast is down to a 50% chance and it looks like it's most likely to go way south or north of us.

I don't know how my day is going to go yet.
Got a guy coming from Caledonia to buy a disc.
I'll have to load that up I presume.

Some time tomorrow I have to get to a store for battery cables.
Re-wiring that old M now that I got it running.
Still had the original cloth covered wiring but after 15+
years in storage the mice have had their way with it.

The Cub is ready for primer too, so that's on the list as a maybe.
Seems like a never ending honey do list with these Farmalls! ;)

I'll be there sometime. There is a really sharp looking 88 parked right next to yours and a few more scattered around. Seems like less tractors this year but maybe more show up on saturday. Rain is at 80% here for tomorrow but who knows what we will get.

"That is why you need a John Deere"

I still have one of those left. 1953 JD 50.
It was my dad's. I rarely have to work on it.
It just sits there and looks pretty. :D
The Fords do 90% of the work around here.
More HP, less fuel, cheaper parts.

I'll be wearing bibs,a black Oliver hat and a green Oliver shirt. Look me up if you can. My Oliver Super 55 and 66 are sitting near the south end of the rows of tractors.

I tried to talk the folks into going up there but they said too far. So I'll be at Rust and Dust days in Hanover. Anyone by any chance gonna be there?

Stop on up if you can. I'll be back up there Sunday to load the tractors and bring them home. I would imagine we'll be around there for a while before we load up.

Michael and I plan on it. Weather will determine whether he drives his JD up there or not. You can get awfully wet driving that far. We know. My tractor already there - probably the rattyest one there.

Bibs, green Oliver shirt and "borrowed" black Oliver cap?
You sure their going to be able to find you?
Might want to take your walker for effect
😀
