Just a picture of a 930 Case I watched sell on the weekend. Not bad compared to some I have seen. Needed a good clean up but the sheet metal was pretty straight. Even the grille! Batteries were shot and they could not start it. I guess for $1000 I could have pulled it home.

Good eye on those 20 series combines. There was an 8820 with RWA way back in the row that looked ok and sold for, well ok, I missed how much. But I think it might have sold for less than the really nice 6620 which brought 7500. It would be hard to find a nicer used 6620. The 922 header went for $2000. I happen to have a pic of the 6620.
And no, that 930, like most here, did not have 3 point hitch. I think that might have been an original Case factory cab on it.

I can tell you for sure if I was at that auction , the 930 would have brought more. Cause I wouldn't have let someone take it home for a grand . I would have run the price up , and tried to take it home myself . 3 point hitch don't mean much to me anymore , rarely use the ones I have any more, just use the remotes. Bruce

3 point in a 30 series Case is a rare find here. I've only ever seen one GP 930 with the small fenders and three point hitch. You have to remember that when they were sold new these were big tractors meant to work in the open fields. No row crops here and no need for three point hitches.

That was a cheap 930! I'd like to get ahold of a 930 row crop like that. What town was that sale near, Rusty?
I'm beginning to think I passed up a bargain there Jim. Near Dysart, Sask.
