Front axle 826 Farmall

Can anyone tell me if the pivot pin in the front axle comes out the back or the front or either way? I may have to press it out with a porta power it's in there pretty tight so I need to know if it is design to come out the front or back.

It will come out either way. However,you MAY(not sure) have to drop the center drag link to push it in.

DeltaRed is right. I've always taken mine out the front because it hits the drag link if taken out the rear. That's not a big deal but it just easier out the front.
