Farmall 826 front axle

Not haveing any luck getting the extension out of the front axle tube,neither side will budge.Tried a porta power pushing against the stay rod support on the axle,and heat.Will not move.May look for a porta power with more tonage.
Thanks for any ideas.

Heat it red and immediately soak with cold water , this will break rust and let it move.

I tried all kinds of things to get my 766 axle to move--it just would not budge. Finally drove tire against a tree, and it came loose right away.

A come-a-long hooked to the rear axle and the front axle knee should accomplish the same thing.
