Actually, it sounds kinda fun, except for stealing the ZTR. Could you imagine riding around nekkid with a woman 15 years younger than you, sitting in your lap, while you steer a bumpy riding ZTR?

Sounds pretty cool to me, except for the stealing part!

BTW, she didn't look too bad in her mug shot.

Felony charges for stealing that?
A little over a year and a half ago, I had two vehicles stolen from me. By sheer luck (and the stupidity of the thieving couple), they were recovered, along with about $75K worth of other stolen property, the other stolen property was not mine. I talked to the prosecuting attorney just yesterday. She told me that I would get a monetary compensation for what it cost me to get my vehicles out of the police impound yard, nothing more. The couple will NOT serve any jail time.
Is anybody on this site a thief? I encourage you to hit my county.

We had a trailer with $75,000 in equipment stolen in Tulsa County Oklahoma. I tracked the equipment to a scrap yard the day we found it stolen and had the thief's tag, DL number and picture, and a picture of his truck by 11:00 that day and called the police to let them know everything. They told me to fax it down but since it was just after a 3 day weekend they were busy and would get to it later. Then they cautioned me against going to the guy's house to get our trailer back. Took them 3 months to "visit" him and he claimed someone stole the trailer from his yard.

He was tried and given probation with an order to pay restitution - we've collected about $40 in the 5 years.

Next time we ain't calling the police.
