2011 Ford F150 cab fan

I have a F150 that the fan blower motor has no speed control and does not run. I have checked the fuse and it is fine. Any ideas :??

which is it, did it ever work? does it have on/off? how is it controlled?

Check the resistor. Up behind the glove box on the heater housing. Either that is burned out or the motor has failed.
To check the motor, check for voltage at the motor with the fan switch and ignition ON. If no voltage, check at the resistor. Voltage there means it is burned out and needs replacement.
