Pasture grad HL for horsenettle?

Has anyone had luck controlling horsenettle with Pasturegard HL? The only stuff I can find to kill it require an 18 month withdraw from selling the hay. I don't have enough animals to feed all that hay to. Thanks for any help, gonna keep spot spraying with roundup until I can find something.

The only thing that I've found that will kill horsenettle is grazon. 2,4-D will burn it down a little but it never seems to do a good kill for me. I've bought a product called pasture guard but it was mostly for woody type plants.

Do you mix it 1:5 with diesel and just spray it that way? We have some cocklburrs that are very hard to kill, we need to try something better. We have been using 2,4-D and soap, 2 oz per gallon.

Yes,Rus: no water...5 parts diesel to 1 part 2,4-d, ester works better than amine. Great for thistles,as well asbuckthon wild grape etc. ?.?.will even take out quack grass! A little goes a long ways.

I used Remedy mixed 4 to 1 with water and some soap. Not sure about restrictions. It did not kill my other grasses. It gave about a 90% kill then followed up the next year with spot spraying the same.
