Getting fuel oil into oil pan. Removed injection pump, replaced two cup seals on injection pump drive shaft, didn't help. Replace lift pump with new one didn't help. Motor runs great no smoke does not miss fire or anything. Good power. Starts very quickly does not appear to be losing prime even after setting for several days.

Dip stick shows fuel oil on it and smells of diesel fuel. Adds to motor oil quickly.. Appears to add to oil as soon as motor is started and continue after shut down???

Any and all ideas welcomed!!!!!

Not familiar with Deere's Manhiem products but will offer my 2cw. Is the pump lubricated by a oil line off the engine? If so you likely have a leak deeper inside the pump that is putting fuel in the crankcase. I know the Bosch inline pumps on US made stuff has this setup.

Thanks for reply but No oil line off the engine. Fuel oil lubes the injection pump. I am familiar with you suggestion American Bosch pumps on Mack
truck engines used this arrangement in 50-60-70"s. This arrangement has "NO" motor oil used on the fuel system.

The usual culprit is quicker, cheaper and simpler to deal with than a injection pump. The mechanical low pressure fuel pump seal will leak.

Welcome to YT
My guess is new seals on inj pump shaft didn't stop leak. You're correct there's only 2 normal places fuel can enter crankcase. I suppose you could pull injectors and have them tested

Most common thing is you messed up the new cup seals real easy to do if you have never replaced one.

Did you have the special tool to install the two pump shaft seals? If you replaced the lift pump then you must have one of the shaft seals in wrong as there is no other way for fuel to get in the oil.Tom
