FWIW, The Bridge On The River Kwai is being broadcast on TCM tomorrow at 8:00 PM.

IMHO, its one of the best films of all time.

The music from the Bridge over the River Kwai was the music played for the graduation day parade when I finished Army Basic Training at Ft. Jackson, S.C. in 1957.
