Rode thru Scottsville VA this morning what used to be the Dew Drop Inn of The Waltons TV show fame is now a Chinese Restaurant.Wonder where the locals from the tri county area go now
to play pool,get drunk and fight? Actually it had been a pretty decent barbecue place for awhile was still called the Dew Drop Inn but it closed up a few years back and the sign
was sold on ebay.

Been to the mountain and toured the museum several years ago and saw the house the family lived in.
Very neat place to visit and learn the true story of the Hamner family.

Enjoyed that show, anyhow the first 3/4 of it, kinda ran out of steam the last year or two.
