Oversize Plywood Question

What"s the largest 3/4 inch treated plywood that"s readily made today? I"ve found 4x10x3/4 treated available from Menards (midwest home big box). I"ve got a spreader that needs a floor, but it would need a 5x12 panel to do it in one piece (it"s about 52"x140" actual). Does 5x12x3/4 plywood even exist?

Thanks for any help.

I just did a google search for 5X12 -- looks like it is made in marine grade but didn't say where you could get it. Good Luck --- Would be interested to know where to get it too as my spreader needs it too.

Thanks. I tried a lumber company that sold marine plywood but they just had 4x8 but will keep looking. Otherwise, I did see where I can get 4x8x3/4 treated tongue and groove plywood. With the tongue and groove (on the long side) I could fit 53"x 48" panels together to get the length I need. Might work for your spreader as well.

If you find a good lumber yard most can order you custom made stuff like what your wanting and if it is something that is made but not ship to your area then they can also have it ordered but you may get stuck with paying extra shipping etc

When Chief Industries liquidated a camper manufacturing plant several years ago, they auctioned sheets of 3/4" plywood that were up to 8'X20' for floors of campers, but I have no idea where they were made.

I'm sure they were special order for Chief, but at least they can be made that large.

The lumberyard where I work wouldn't be able to get it for you if you were our customer. Non of our suppliers carry it and if they had to order it they would make me buy the full unit. In some places of the country odd size plywood is hard to come by.

You can scarf plywood to any length, although I don't know how well glue sticks to PT wood. And after scarfing to length, you would still have a panel too narrow by a foot.

How about tongue and groove? I don't know if you can get T&G in pressure treated, but you can certainly make your own using a router with a T&G cutter set. It will be a lot easier if you don't have to handle any panels bigger than 4x8.
