Another funny

Probably the same guy who always wanted to borrow my car trailer.

The trailer weighs 2000 pounds empty and he had an old van with a little fishing boat hitch.

He kept bugging me and I kept refusing. I don't think he ever realized what a favor I was doing him by refusing.

Sort of had to look twice. OHHhhhhhh! Going a little the other way how about you hook up your trailer. You start down the road and get about 500 feet and then Bam bam rumble rumble. Hooked everything up correctly except I didn't lock the hitch lock. Leaver still in the up position. Saftey chains do work. Wire harness worked too when I put on the brakes.

He probably won't even miss the trailer until he gets to his destination. Lake Havasu? Must be from the CA side of the lake.

Guess that will satisfy dot at 55mph.....

We were sitting at a stop light, SUV with a trailer turned through the intersection. Piece of metal rumbled over our was across the road. I
realized it was the L pin that holds the hitch into the receiver.

Bet that got to be an interesting thumping ride in a mile or two.
