Morning was wondering the purpose of the 3 valve on a Farmall regular oil pan? Drainage only or venting? Thanks in advance

Oil level as there is no dipstick.

Yes use as a dipstick but also when burning kerosene, expect to have some kerosene in the oil at the end of each day. Drain down to the lower level and fill with oil to the upper level.
