Got a Roosa Master pump from a 4040 that needs to be rebuilt. Who do you guys recommend as good shop to send it to??

I vote Dieseltech right here on the YT board
he posts a lot down in the Massey forums but I believe he posts on all of them
I see he posts here and the JD forums as well

NOT to take anything away from "tech", but why do you feel the need to "send" your IP anywhere, especially since it's not an antique or an oddball ?

No matter where you are in the country there's a diesel pump shop not very far from you that is factory trained and authorized to service your brand (Stanadyne).

NOTHING wrong with supporting a local business, eh?
FIND that elusive Stanadyne place

Thank you for your support. Am on the Massey forum a lot because of growing up with them, and working at the MF dealer awhile in the early 70s. Have been repairing diesel pumps and injectors for forty years now, don't plan on giving up anytime soon. Farthest pump sent in so far was from Hawaii, but have had some from Canada too along with several of the lower forty eight states. E-mail is open on classic if anyone has questions, I like talking all tractor colors, especially Diesels!

I took it to Taylor Diesel here in Nashville. Let's see how it goes.
